SmithBucklin's Tiffany Boykin Selected for Executive Program

SmithBucklin, the association management and services company more organizations turn to than any other, is pleased to announce that Tiffany Boykin, manager, Healthcare + Scientific Industry Practice, has been named a Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) scholar for 2015-17.

Sponsored by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), DELP provides individuals from underrepresented segments of the association community with opportunities to access ASAE educational programs, career guidance, mentoring, volunteer service and networking opportunities. Boykin joins only 11 other association senior staff who were selected for the two-year scholarship program.

"I am honored to be part of this opportunity to learn and grow as an association manager," Boykin said. A SmithBucklin employee since 2012, she serves as operations manager for the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS). Boykin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. She previously worked as the director of membership operations for the Financial Services Institute and as a membership assistant for the American College of Medical Genetics.

Boykin and her fellow scholars will begin the program in August by attending an orientation prior to the start of the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exhibition, which will be held Aug. 8-11 in Detroit.
