Erin Lease Hall, CTSM, Earns Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketer Credentials

ROCHESTER, MN. - Exhibitor Group, the award-winning leader in trade show and corporate event marketing education, announces that Erin Lease Hall has now earned Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) credentials.

Erin Lease Hall serves as Senior Manager, Events Strategy and Experiences at DrFirst, a healthcare IT pioneer empowering providers and patients to achieve better health through intelligent medication management.

"I am deeply honored to receive the highest level of the Certified Trade Show Marketer certification, Diamond," said Lease Hall. "Since my original certification in 2015, I have loved the opportunity to give back to the events community. Achieving this high standard allows me to be part of an elite group of professionals, a goal I've aspired to reach since I started this program. My certification has not only provided me with valuable skills but also expanded my professional network, opening doors to new opportunities and enabling me to make a lasting impact in the event management industry."

Lease Hall's journey to CTSM certification began in 2012, culminating in earning certification in 2015. Throughout this time, she navigated multiple job changes, transitioning between manufacturing and healthcare industries. She has also served as a speaker at EXHIBITORLIVE in 2022 and 2023 and at EXHIBITORFastTrak in July 2023. Hall Lease has mentored more than 30 people in the events industry, including three CTSM candidates, successfully guiding them through the process to become new CTSM graduates and to start their own journeys.

"This journey has been a blend of personal growth, industry transitions, and a commitment to giving back, shaping my career and strengthening my dedication to the trade show industry," added Lease Hall. The Diamond-level CTSM classification was established in 2011 to recognize the graduates who have chosen to lead through professional contributions to both the CTSM program and the industry. CTSM graduates have the option of adding onto their core certification at four different levels of upgrades: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. More than 3,000 trade show and corporate event marketing professionals are currently enrolled in the CTSM program, and to date just 31 CTSM graduates have achieved Diamond Level certification.
