A Keen Eye for Design
Aluvision is design centric. Our products, from the largest complete double-deck solution down to the smallest individual connector, are high-quality and high-end. It starts with our approach to manufacturing: like master painters, we leave no detail unfinished. Our connectors and tools are engineered for precision and ease of use. With them, our systems are a plug-and-play model of modularity.

When building frames, Aluvision uses a patented process. This unique method provides an elevated look with Aluvision systems unlike any other on the market. The frames are smooth at the connection points. The process also has a shorter production lead time and allows for all post-production finishes to remain a possibility, such as anodization and powder coating.

Anodization is a standard for all Aluvision profiles. Taking this extra step during the manufacturing process not only ensures a high-end look but increases our products’ longevity and eco-friendliness. Anodization reduces the oils excreted from raw aluminum which cause stains and greasy fingerprint marks. In turn, this ensures less byproduct waste since we do not need to use gloves and soap when handling our product. It also improves the durability and safety of the product. Anodization creates a barrier that protects the aluminum, leaving the surface scratch and dirt resistant. It helps mitigate corrosion, leading Aluvision’s profiles to be the most durable and sustainable on the market. Moreover, there’s less risk of damaging wires or cutting the skin when handling Aluvision profiles, because anodization leaves the aluminum with soft edges and a smooth finish.

And while Aluvision’s systems are the canvas with which an event designer creates their masterpiece, we also know they are used as a focal point. In addition to anodized, our profiles are available standard in black powder coating, but we can customize them to any color. With Aluvision systems, brands are brought to life and personality can shine through structural design in its most basic form.

In this same vein of accommodating customization, we offer aluminum profiles that can be mechanically connected to one another for maximum flexibility in design because we understand our partners need to create their own unique structures and framework from our products.

Aluvision

Our Omni-55 Pro, launched just last year as an adaptation of our Omni-55 frame, answers the need for quality, durable adhesion for solid infills like Sintra® or Aluvibond. With the Omni-55 Pro, VELCRO® is mechanically integrated into the frame with no adhesive during the production process. Rolling VELCRO® into the profile versus applying with self-adhesive in post-production keeps the material from peeling back up in being reused or exposed to heat and moisture. This means the frame will maintain its quality look and integrity over time and use. The high durability of integrated VELCRO® also allows for longer lifespans and increased ROI for the Omni-55 Pro.

From our handy Fab Snap that lets installers easily make specific cutouts in graphics to lay seamless SEGs across multiple Aluvision frames, to our uber flexible hinge connector that allows our frames to be connected at any angle connection between 0-180 degrees; Aluvision is always looking for ways to better serve our customers.

With our Ledline corner and cover profiles, designers can create an attractive finish for any Aluvision frame system. The Omni-55 Cover Ledline adds seamless decorative edge-lighting to the sides of Omni-55 Pro and Hi-LED 55 tiles, while the C90 Corner Ledline accentuates corners of connected frames with warm or cool white light. Brands looking for bold outlines and standout features can find their answer with Aluvision’s Constru Ledline, a cover profile that can perfectly blend with fabric or panels or be used by itself as a design aesthetic.

More than a manufacturer of profiles and frames, Aluvision’s all-in-one event solutions also offer endless possibilities with the highest quality and attention to detail. This LED system offers unlimited possibilities for walls, ceilings, floors, and hanging elements, and pixel pitch and weatherproofing technology for outdoor as well as indoor use. As the most versatile LED tile on the market, the Hi-LED 55+ offers high ROI and can be used to build out many configurations: straight walls, 3D structures with seamless corners, and convex and concave curves.

Another versatile product designed for indoor and outdoor use, Aluvision’s Flexbox is a complete event solution with customizable finishing options for SEG, lightboxes, glass, hard infill, LED video, and even sleek wooden louvers.
