The Mosaica Group Introduces the Panthera JR, Digital Dye Sublimation Printing System

The Mosaica Group, a national distributor supporting dye sublimation and wide format print processes with equipment, consumables and services, is excited to launch the Panthera JR, an industrial 1.9m digital printer for dye sublimation that includes premium features without the premium price of comparable models. The Mosaica Group is a leading distributor in the U.S. and Canada of the revolutionary high-speed Panthera S4-1.8m and 3.2m digital dye sublimation printing systems. 
The latest addition to the Panthera dye sublimation performance line, the Panthera JR is designed to be a more affordable version of the original Panthera S4-1.8m and 3.2m models. Panthera S4 printing systems are known for consistency and high-quality printing with 2 x CMYK ink configuration. The optional 8-color ink configuration provides even sharper images, more vibrant colors and richer and deeper blacks.
The Panthera JR is equipped with four i3200 Epson print heads that achieve speeds up to 1,900 square feet per hour. Panthera printing systems feature a specially-developed print head controller that offers better precision and printing quality, along with an anti-crash system on the carriage to protect the print heads from incorrectly hitting the transfer paper. The printer offers a flawless roll-to-roll feeding system that helps to eliminate paper waste. Just like the Panthera S4-1.8m and 3.2m models, the Panthera JR is capable of printing direct to fabric in certain applications. Panthera printers have proven higher productivity because of less cleaning and less maintenance requirements, and are much easier to operate and perform more routine maintenance checks than any other printer on the market. These high-quality yet cost-effective inks offer extremely low consumption with a quick transfer rate.
