The stunning rooftop Baird Ballroom is the ideal space for any event. The ballroom, which can be divided into seven, includes an undulating ceiling that mimics waves through customizable lighting. Its prefunction spaces offer ample natural light and a collection of public art. Just outside is the Baird Sky View Terrace, a sprawling outdoor patio with panoramic city views.
The exhibit hall offers 300,275 contiguous square feet of floor space and 22 loading docks with ultramodern amenities. It features floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with blackout shades, prefunction areas and a birds-eye show manager office. With electrical and data communications on a 30-foot grid and air and water available every 60 feet, the exhibit hall was designed to exceed the needs of exhibitors.
Baird Center was built with inclusivity in mind. The facility is equipped with sensory rooms and sensory bags to allow guests to step away from their event to decompress or utilize tools throughout their event to manage sensory overload. This venue is KultureCity-certified Sensory Inclusive. Additionally, the building is equipped with nursing mother's rooms, Mamava Pods and all-gender restrooms.
