Portfolio Writing Workshop at EXHIBITORLIVE
9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025, and
9 am to 4:15 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2025
Join us for a two-day intensive Portfolio Writing Workshop! This workshop will equip you with the tools and knowledge to successfully complete your Portfolio. Through hands-on exercises and discussions, you will explore the portfolio requirements, best practices, and strategies for crafting a compelling document that showcases your trade show management expertise.
What to Bring: Please bring your laptop, notes, and session handouts.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the eight required sections of the CTSM portfolio.
- Develop effective content that communicates your professional experiences.
- Format your portfolio according to CTSM guidelines.
- Overcome common challenges in portfolio development.
- Produce a high-quality portfolio that showcases your qualifications.
 Cost: The workshop cost is $695 and includes lunch each day, an Exhibit Hall pass, and access to the welcome reception on Monday. Registration will open in November.

2024 Scholarships and Grant Applications Now Open!
 We are excited to announce that a limited number of CTSM Scholarships toward sessions at EXHIBITOR LIVE in San Antonio, March 16-20, 2025 will be awarded.
Scholarship winners will receive one PICK 10 PASS ($2,695) for the price of just ($595). Admission to Networking Events and the Exhibit Hall are also included.

Joe Ries Educational Grant
In honor of Joe Ries, the gentleman who put his heart into the well-being of the CTSM program for over 20 years as its Academic Advisor, EXHIBITOR is pleased to provide an annual educational grant in Joe's name. The Joe Ries Educational Grant is awarded to one new candidate each year. It will cover the full cost of CTSM certification, including session costs, exam registration, and portfolio registration. Sessions can be taken in person at an Exhibitor Group event or online through eTraks.

Application Requirements:
- Applicants must be enrolled in the Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) Program. There is no cost to enroll. Enroll in CTSM here.
- Scholarship and Grant recipient(s) will be required to write a summary of their experience (500 words or less) following EXHIBITORLIVE. These summaries may be used in Exhibitor Group and CTSM marketing efforts.
Application Review Process:
- The deadline to submit scholarship and grant applications is Friday, November 15, 2024.
- Scholarship and grant recipient(s) will be notified before Monday, December 9, 2024.
