You wouldn't expect to find this type of quiet sophistication inside an online-gaming company's exhibit. Nevertheless, the soothing red hues, square forms, and "ploppable" furniture beckon even callused-thumb gamers to wander in, sit back, and hit "pause" for a few quiet moments.
An open floor plan is typically void of cozy corners, yet a simple, L-shaped backdrop and stylish furnishings are all you need to transform even an open layout into an intimate lounge. Patterned fabric chairs and contemporary carpeting lure visitors in for a quiet respite. |
Think you can't create an attractive lounge in a 10-by-20-foot booth space? Think again. This bold yet beautiful setting combines neutral tones used on the floor and backdrop with the daring red, black, and white in the chairs, artwork, and table, respectively. Small? Yes. Sophisticated? Definitely.

Perfectly at home in a New York club or a trade show exhibit, this lounge from Absolute Exhibits Inc. attracts attendees like a two-for-one cosmo special. The white-leather chairs pop against the dramatic backdrop, while their angular forms draw attendees' eyes - and their rears.
This uber-simple table and four stools are made from the exhibitor's own product, a lightweight, wood-based exhibit system. A contemporary picnic table of sorts, the arrangement features orange paint accents and cushions along with a back-wall flame graphic that adds a lick of drama.
Tucked into a tiny space next to the stairs, this all-white lounge for Hungarian GPS provider Nav N Go Kft. is perfect for relaxing, or even a few refreshments. Semi-enclosed by a moveable wall of white threads, attendees feel secure and secluded rather than cramped and confined.
