Table the Issue
Increase the visual impact of your tabletop exhibit with the 6-foot or 8-foot Perch table pole-banner display, which can be quickly assembled without tools and packs neatly into an included carrying bag. Sturdy aluminum tubes fit together to form a 70.6-inch-tall frame that can accommodate three heights of custom single-sided graphics: small (18.75 inches), medium (44 inches), and tall (68.5 inches). Hardware for the 8-foot model tips the scales at a mere 13 pounds, making this graphic medium easy to ship and dray. Get a Grip
Despite the increasing ubiquity of tablets on the show floor, there are few simple, inexpensive options for making these pint-size pads easier to handle in a crowded exhibit – or for staffers or attendees with hand or motor disabilities. Enter the Pad Go Round, a tablet holder with two ergonomically designed handles that can be attached to allow users to easily operate a tablet in either portrait or landscape mode. Available in two sizes that can accommodate tablets measuring roughly 4.25 to 10 inches diagonally, Pad Go Rounds are fabricated from rugged, black ABS plastic that is easy to clean and can withstand hard knocks. The backs of the cases feature four loops that enable staffers to carry a tablet from their lanyards. For additional hands-free utility, a universal threaded insert like those found on most camera accessories allows the Pad Go Round to function as a tabletop or wall-mounted display. Photo Finish
Just because a picture is snapped on a smartphone doesn't guarantee it will be shared, nor that the attendee will include any relevant hashtags. The Sonoqui photo-sharing app from Post Modern Inc. solves this dilemma while also giving exhibit and event managers easy access to crowd-sourced photos. Attendees simply download the app (available for iOS and Android platforms) and input your unique event code. Every photo they then take within the app includes your preselected graphic filter (standard and custom options are available) and is automatically uploaded to a branded microsite. Administrators and users can download and share photos within the app or on the microsite, so you can post pics if attendees are having too good a time to remember to do it themselves. Net Gain
Dazzle attendees at your company's next product launch or corporate event with a dramatic light show using Nebula Net from Rose Brand Inc. When hung in the foreground of a stage or presentation area, this propriety fabric acts as a see-through projection surface that is virtually undetectable to audience members. Once an image is projected onto it, attendees viewing your demo or live event will see only the high-resolution projection, resulting in a memorable effect in which objects appear to float in midair. Available in swaths up to 26 feet wide and 105 feet long, Nebula Net can also be stretched inside a freestanding frame for smaller installations. Embracing Change
Assemble up to a 30-foot-long in-line back wall in mere minutes – and sans tools – thanks to the efficient snap-and-clamp system found in the Embrace series offered by the Agency Promo Group LLC (dba APG Exhibits). Available in a wide range of different lengths and with optional end caps, the Embrace line uses single- and double-sided silicone-edge fabric graphics to create crisp, seamless lines and a professional presentation. And to help exhibitors truly stand out on the show floor, Embrace frames can be stacked to form back walls capable of reaching nearly 15 feet tall. Optional accessories in the line include freestanding and tabletop graphic panels and a display counter that is able to support up to 50 pounds.
