Convention Center Refresh a Part of The Venetian’s $1.5 Billion Redevelopment Project

As the largest resort in the U.S., boasting over 7,000 suites and unparalleled convention space, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year on the heels of a monumental $1.5 billion redevelopment project. Touching nearly every facet of the iconic property, this redevelopment marks a new chapter in luxury hospitality and innovation. Among the changes include a rehaul of the Congress & Expo Center, a 2.25 million square foot space, which is set to be completed in stages between 2024-2026.

Driven by the evolving needs of the property’s longstanding group guests, key design elements will include an invigorating new color palette which presents an elegant departure from the traditional convention spaces, elevated lounge spaces for meetings, a new speakeasy-style lounge and innovative new technology that will lead the sector for years to come.
