Music City Center Names Ernest Jackson Director of Facilities

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Music City Center President and Chief Executive Officer Charles Starks has appointed Ernest Jackson as the Director of Facilities for the 2.1 million square foot convention center. ![]() As the Facilities Director, Jackson will oversee set-up and housekeeping operations in all areas of the building including exhibit halls, meeting rooms, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, offices, and storage. He will also be responsible for inventory. His direct reports will include the managers of Set Up and Housekeeping. “This is an incredibly well-deserved promotion,” Starks said. “Ernest has been here since the beginning, and he has more than proven himself. I look forward to his contribution to our leadership team.” “I am blessed and very excited about this new opportunity,” said Jackson. “With 11 years under my belt, I plan to bring a new dynamic and scenery to the role and team.
