EDE Corp. Bolsters Industry Expertise with Key Additions

CHICAGO, IL – EDE Corp., the Chicago-based experiential marketing and design company, proudly announces the appointment of three seasoned event professionals to its award-winning team. As the industry faces labor challenges and a loss of industry knowledge, EDE stands out by reinforcing its ranks with top-tier talent and experience. Leading the way is Jason Weddle, who joins EDE Corp. as Chief Operating Officer. With nearly two decades of experience in the trade show industry, including as CEO at Hamilton Exhibits, Jason brings a wealth of operational acumen and strategic vision to EDE. His appointment signals a pivotal moment for the company, as it fortifies the leadership team of the family-owned firm.

In addition to Jason, EDE welcomes Ben Barclay as its new Content Marketing Manager. Ben comes from Exhibitor Magazine, where he served as Managing Editor, supervised the production of editorial content, and collaborated on the magazine’s design. His coverage of stand design and face-to-face marketing best practices earned him national and regional awards. Ben’s arrival underscores EDE’s ongoing commitment to engaging storytelling and brand elevation.

Rounding out the trio is Laura Ligammari, the newest addition to EDE's team as Account Manager. She brings 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years at Freeman where she most recently served as a Client Solutions Manager. Laura brings a wealth of client relations expertise and strategic insight to her role. She will continue helping EDE foster strong client partnerships and deliver unparalleled service.
