Digitell makes it their mission to continuously update their OPUS DX platform to stay ahead of the curve and to cater to the needs of their clients. With the launch of their new networking and Attendee Connect™ features, audiences can come together in a more seamless way.

Digitell's new networking feature bridges the gap between virtual and in person audiences to provide them with an experience that is meaningful and engaging. This feature allows attendees to create a unique profile with their picture and background information so they can connect with other like-minded attendees through 1:1 video or text chat. Attendees can also create a list of their favorite colleagues that they have connected with during the event. “We have found that one of the most valuable components of a virtual event is the chat feature,” stated Brian Zambotti, VP of Sales and Marketing at Digitell. “Attendees want to connect, and this networking feature fulfills that human desire to connect at events when they cannot be there in-person,” continued Zambotti.

Attendee Connect ™ by Digitell unifies virtual and onsite audiences making it easier for the event planner to manage attendees and session data all in one place, complete with SSO for their members. Both audiences use the same event page to view the agenda, build their itinerary, access handouts/resources, complete evaluations, view continuing education credits, participate in networking and gamification and much more. This feature provides a unified approach to in-session engagement around the education, including chat, questions, polling, note taking and close captioning. Using the Attendee Connect™ feature provides planners with a one stop shop solution to get all the data they need during and post event.
