The Ticket Fairy Launches Full Digital Marketing Platform for Live Events

The Ticket Fairy, a growth and sales channel partner for the live events industry, today announces the official launch of its cloud-based events platform - an easy-to-use, self-service solution, combining ticketing, marketing and event management, that increases revenue, reduces financial risk, and provides event organizers, venues and tour managers with access to unparalleled data, analytics and intelligence. The Ticket Fairy is available from today to event organizers in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, India and the EU, with more countries launching in the near future. Organizers are able to sign up, create an event and publish it in less than 10 minutes. Developed by brothers Jigar and Ritesh Patel, with teams currently in California, London, Auckland and Mumbai, the Ticket Fairy platform allows organizers to better monetize and manage events within one highly-scalable self-service system, while also providing huge benefits to consumers who attend events. “Everybody Wins” is the key mantra for the company. The invitation-only phase of the platform has sold more than 850,000 tickets to the general public, grossing $68m USD, and has been shown to generate 10-25 percent increased ticket revenue for event organizers through its patent-pending “waterfall” referral marketing and rewards system. With unique marketing automation and analytics tools, The Ticket Fairy has been built to meet the demands of producers of large-scale festivals, concerts, Esports tournaments and conventions. Importantly, The Ticket Fairy also includes technology that mitigates resale fraud and scalping by providing a single, closed-loop, primary and face-value-only secondary ticketing system, which has been operational since 2014. This matches late buyers and sellers automatically, provides an escrow-like workflow to avoid direct money transfer between strangers, and cancels the original ticket once sold. The patent-pending platform is designed to help event organizers gain valuable information on attendees that can be used to plan future events, increase event relevancy and gain insights into customer and brand engagement for sponsors and stakeholders.
