Measuring Event Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
DEI is a focus for many event marketers who acknowledge the importance of creating experiences that benefit all targeted attendees. But in order to understand impact - and to drive continuous improvement - thoughtful measurement is needed. In this session, Dax Callner (President of the Experiential Marketing Measurement Coalition) will discuss groundbreaking new insight into:
 •  Establishing clear, measurable DEI goals and KPIs
 •  The role of optics and risk of 'DEI-washing'
 •  Sensitive data collection approaches
 •  Reporting the facts and driving positive change
You will come out of the session with specific, actionable strategies to create and measure diverse, equitable and inclusive events. Join us for this very interesting and thought-provoking discussion!
CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.
