Welcome to the Exhibitor Group Call for Proposals Site

You are invited, as an industry professional, to submit one or more proposals to speak and/or session ideas for the following Exhibitor Group events: 

  • EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 San Antonio, TX to be held Sunday, March 16 – Wednesday, March 19, 2025. 
    • Complete submissions will only be accepted through Friday, July 12, 2024. Notifications will be sent by Friday, September 27, 2024. 
  • eTrak Online Learning (webinars offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm Eastern) 
    • Complete submissions will be accepted through December 31, 2024, and if selected, will be held in 2024 or 2025.

  • Leveraging AI in the event industry 

We prioritize proposals that are directly applicable to attendees' work, focusing on real-world applications and innovations that can significantly impact their day-to-day operations and strategic planning. In addition, we value proposals that engage session participants through small group exercises, hands-on activities, and other interactive elements. 

Proposals will be evaluated based on: 

  • Relevance to the audience 
  • Originality and organization of content 
  • Timeliness and significance of the topic 
  • Presenter’s knowledge and experience in the subject area 
  • Exclusivity and freshness of the content 

Submission Requirements 

Proposals to Speak require: 

  • Proposal title  
  • Proposal category (for examples of each category, refer to the CTSM core required session listing
  • Event(s) the proposal is intended for 
  • Presentation/session format (options)
  • Detailed description of the presentation/session  
  • Learning objectives 
  • Information on the primary speaker and any additional speakers or panelists 

Session Ideas require: 

  • Proposal title 
  • Proposal category (for examples of each category, refer to the CTSM core required session listing
  • Event(s) the proposal is intended for 
  • Presentation/session format 
  • Detailed description of your session idea 
  • Learning objectives 
  • Who might be able to design, deliver and/or participate in the session ideas
