The ability to capture attention, convey value, and leave a lasting impression is vital in the competitive trade show environment - particularly if you are the smallest booth on the floor. In this engaging and practical session, you will learn the art of developing impactful messaging that stops attendees in their tracks - or at least stops them long enough for your booth staff to start a conversation.

• Identify the three most crucial messages your booth should convey to attendees.
• Distill your messaging to only the important and valuable elements.
• Prevent information overload and conflicting messages on your graphics.
• Utilize one of four hierarchies to ensure message clarity and effectiveness.
• Structure your message to maximize clarity and memorability.
CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.
