using AI to assist in analyzing data, and strategies to measure success. A passing grade on the certification exam will result in you receiving a
Certificate as a Trade Show Evaluation Specialist,
demonstrating proficiency in exhibit strategy, measurement and portfolio optimization. The course also offers a rich array of additional resources and tools for continuous learning and implementing what was learned.
Prior basic knowledge of marketing and trade shows is recommended.
Learning Objectives:
- Explain the fundamentals of trade show analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize effective lead collection, data collection methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
- Craft, deploy, analyze, and report surveys for quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Implement mystery shopping/observations and focus groups/in-depth interviews for qualitative insights.
- Utilize the latest tracking technologies to understand visitor behavior and personas.
- Create detailed, actionable reports based on qualitative and quantitative research findings.
This workshop will feature two 90-minute sessions with a 30-minute break between them.
