I'm writing this message from my hotel room in Las Vegas where I am attending an industry congress and a major exhibition at the Las Vegas Convention Center. These opportunities for connection in the face-to-face industry are important ones, and I'm grateful to our audience for being valued members of the exhibitions and exhibitor community.

February is right around the corner, and the staff of Exhibitor Group is continuing to work on finalizing the details for EXHIBITORLIVE. I'm excited about the positive enhancements to the educational content and the show floor, and I'm looking forward to sharing new experiences with attendees. Exhibitor Group recently shared some big news. After planning all of the stellar educational content for EXHIBITORLIVE 2024, Dee Silfies, longtime chief learning strategist for our organization, has stepped down. Please join me in recognizing her many contributions to our industry. Her legacy includes the development and management of the CTSM program and all of the excellent educational offerings that Exhibitor Group has provided over the years. She brought her professionalism and passion to work every day, and the outpouring of messages we've received prove that thousands of industry professionals have benefitted from her many contributions.

The new year is almost upon us, and I would like to challenge and encourage everyone in 2024 to continue their adult learning journey. We live in an ever-changing business world full of challenges and opportunities, and we must always wake up each day to accept the opportunities that will assist us in our personal and professional lives.
