Easy Does It
Measuring an impressive 5-by-8 feet when fully assembled, the EZ LED Screen is the only self-contained LED monitor of its size on the market. And unlike modular LED tiles that require on-site color calibration, EZ screens are preconfigured for picture-perfect color and brightness. After plugging the unit into a standard wall outlet, users push a button that prompts an electronic winch to raise the 2.6 mm-pixel-pitch screen to a maximum height of 11 feet. HDMI inputs connect to laptops and external media players, or users can opt for true plug-and-play functionality by having their content preloaded to the unit's internal media player. Lead the Way
Using badge scanners to collect lead information on the show floor is second nature to most exhibitors, but what about gathering prospects' data at events where badges are the exception or there are no show-provided lead-retrieval systems, such as at off-site receptions, small tabletop expos, or even impromptu chats with someone at the airport terminal? The iLeads Anywhere app from Bartizan Connects LLC enables exhibitors to collect leads, well, anywhere. App users simply type in or speak prospects' names and contact info and then input their answers to customized qualifying or survey questions. Additional features include the option to add text or voice notes to ensure personalized follow-ups. All information is automatically synced to LeadsLightning, Bartizan's in-house online dashboard, where it can then be exported to practically any customer-relationship management or marketing-automation system. Get Some Air
Incredibly lightweight (the 23.5-by-72-inch model tips the scales at roughly 3 pounds), the line of Harmony Air banner stands from Testrite Visual Products Inc. feature a tubular base that enables units to be disassembled into components small enough to fit inside a 22-inch-long proprietary carry-on rolling duffle. Available in dimensions up to 35.5 inches wide and 84 inches tall, Air models can be assembled in mere minutes courtesy of a push-button lock and tension-cord system. Exhibitors can choose between rounded or square top corners for their double-sided pillowcase graphics, and optional accessories include display bars and shelves, as well as an LED arm light.
