Synergy Earns Double Gold at Hermes Creative Awards

NEW ORLEANS, LA – Synergy Design Group, a leader in innovative trade show design and branded experiences, is thrilled to announce it has secured two 2024 Gold Awards at the esteemed Hermes Creative Awards. Awarded for outstanding achievement in marketing and communication, this prize recognizes Synergy Design Group's commitment to pushing boundaries and creating truly immersive client experiences.

The Hermes Creative Awards are an international competition administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). For 18 years, the awards have honored the "messengers and creators of the information revolution" by recognizing excellence in traditional and emerging media. With entries judged by a panel of industry professionals, a Hermes Creative Award signifies a project's exceptional creativity, strategic execution, and impactful results.

Synergy Design Group's winning entries showcased their diverse capabilities and dedication to client success. Two Gold Awards were awarded to Synergy for their work on the Maritime Partners’ 20x80 exhibit. Synergy took gold in both the Trade Show Exhibit and Event Marketing categories.

Maritime Partners, LLC, a global provider of maritime assets, vessel leasing solutions, and construction financing, approached Synergy Design Group with the goal of creating a captivating and interactive exhibit at the 2023 International WorkBoat Show. Every November, The International WorkBoat Show hosts more than 800 exhibitors and over 12,000 attendees from the maritime industry at New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Understanding the client's vision for a dynamic and immersive experience, Synergy Design Group went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional result.

The winning exhibit was a testament to Synergy Design Group's innovative approach. The centerpiece was an impressive 20-foot wide LED video wall, including an LED entryway that beckoned visitors to step through and engage Maritime Partners’ representatives. The wall, which depicted captivating scenes of the world’s powerful oceans, utilized low-pitch LED paneling to create a stunning impact.

Attendees at the International WorkBoat Show were frequently pulled to the exhibit thanks to motion-tracking technology deployed on 75" displays on the exterior of the booth. The displays leveraged depth cameras to react to nearby motion with custom-branded visual effects, creating a sense of curiosity, even from afar.
