EXHIBITORLIVE Announces New Rates for Exhibit Hall Access, New VIP Guest Badge Allotments

Exhibitor Group is excited to announce new pricing and policy updates on Exhibit Hall access at EXHIBITORLIVE, The Conference and Exhibition for Trade Show and Corporate Event Marketing, February 25-28, 2024, in Nashville, TN. In response to helpful feedback from the EXHIBITOR community, Exhibit Hall pricing for all attendees, including non-exhibiting suppliers, has now been reduced to $595, which also provides access to all networking events, including the Welcome Reception and new Awards Celebration and Closing Party. Furthermore, to encourage EXHIBITORLIVE attendees to experience our industry-leading educational sessions, all attendees, including non-exhibiting suppliers, are now eligible to purchase a single session a la carte pass for just $395, which also includes complete access to the Exhibit Hall and all networking events. "After careful review and consideration of feedback from our exhibitors, we are confident that these changes are better aligned with industry best practices and will lead to stronger traffic on the show floor and an improved overall experience for our valued attendees and exhibitors," said David DuBois, CEO, President and Publisher, Exhibitor Group. Also new this year, the allotment of VIP Guest Badges for exhibitors to give to their clients, as well as the number of staff badges, are now based upon total exhibit space purchased. "We have several goals of this new policy and they are all directed at enhancing the experiences and return-on-investment of both our show attendees and exhibitors," added DuBois.
