EXHIBITORLIVE to Debut 'Material Handling Simplified' Pricing Model from Freeman

ROCHESTER, MN – Exhibitor Media Group, the leader in trade show and corporate event marketing education, will debut a new “Material Handling Simplified” pricing model at EXHIBITORLIVE, The Annual Conference and Exhibition for Trade Show and Corporate Event Marketing, to be held June 20 - 23, 2022, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The new pricing model is an initiative from The Freeman Co. LLC, the general contractor for EXHIBITORLIVE in 2022. The Material Handling Simplified program will charge exhibitors a flat rate based on the total weight of their booth properties. Freeman’s promotional material touts this program as a new straightforward pricing model that makes an exhibitor’s budgeting process easier. The concept – “Pay for your actual weight per-pound with no invoice surprises.” “Even experienced exhibit managers are quick to note that projecting drayage costs for budgeting purposes presents a challenge that is often unpredictable” remarks Pete Erickson, President of Hall-Erickson, Inc. We think this new pricing model presents an opportunity for greater transparency and certainty in calculating this major expense in the exhibiting budget.” The Material Handling Simplified promotional material lists no minimums, no crated, no special handling, no carpet and pad only, no uncrated, no hundred-weight billing, no reweigh fees, no overtime, no marshalling yard fees, and no rounding (pay for actual weight) as benefits to the exhibitor, proclaiming, “It’s just easier.” EXHIBITORLIVE exhibitors will find complete details of the material handling program and pricing in their exhibitor service manuals.
