ATLANTA — beMatrix® is partnering with key supporters to amplify their presence at EXHIBITORLIVE 2021, to be held Oct. 31 –⁠ Nov. 2, 2021 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. With the support of CORT Events, HT Connect, Nth Degree, Olympus Group, and Team Worldwide, beMatrix® anticipates hosting an unique booth that will offer an engaging environment during the show.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone in the exhibit and event industry,” said Tara Ericson, CEO of beMatrix® USA. “Everyone at beMatrix® could not be more excited to reconnect face-to-face with EXHIBITORLIVE attendees. This could not have been possible without the support of our exhibit and event partners. With their help, we plan to host a booth that will showcase myriad possibilities for exhibiting live, while being the hub for many productive conversations,” she continued.

CORT Events will provide on-trend furniture and details to transform the beMatrix booth into a share-worthy experience. Their experienced design team will be on hand at EXHIBITORLIVE to offer expert advice about getting the perfect look for any event.

HT Connect, whose team pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with LED video technology, will configure the booth’s audio and video setup. HT Connect offers full B2B rental solutions for design agencies, event organizers and exhibitors with the goal of bringing creative, ethereal concepts to life in the physical world.

Nth Degree will assist with booth setup. Nth Degree, a strategic partner for exhibitors, exhibit houses and agencies for more than 40 years, helps organizations own their moment on the trade show floor with their industry leading labor and project management services. Nth Degree manages over 15,000 projects annually at more than 1600 trade shows and events.

Team Worldwide is an asset based freight forwarder with 48 distribution centers in the US and 175 outside the US. They will be providing beMatrix with shipping to and from ExhibitorLive. Team Worldwide specializes in tradeshow, event and AV shipments. They have direct trucks that use team drivers and go to most major markets cutting down on the chance for items to be lost or damaged. They offer same day, overnight, 2nd day, and 3 day delivery service in addition to their standard 3 - 5 day service in the domestic US. Outside the US they offer air and ocean import and export services with in-house customs brokerage.

Olympus Group, a large format custom graphics printer with 4 locations across the United States, will supply an outstanding array of graphics for the beMatrix® experience. Olympus offers a wide range of in-house large format digital printing capabilities for indoor, outdoor, vehicle, textile and hard substrate projects.
