The city's largest contingent of Certified Tourism Ambassadors welcomes guests to the ASM Global-managed Greater Columbus Convention Center, featuring 373,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, (447,000 overall), 74 meeting rooms, three ballrooms totaling 114,000 square feet and the largest contemporary collection of central Ohio art, including the signature As We Are interactive sculpture. Located near John Glenn Columbus International Airport, across the street from entertainment districts and within a 90-minute flight or a day's drive of nearly half of the nation's population, the GCCC is connected to multiple hotels and more than 4,700 parking spaces. Real-time parking availability is displayed on the facility's website along pre-paid parking options. Levy's Smartfarm, an indoor vertical hydroponic garden, grows 2.5 tons of herbs and vegetables annually for culinary use. Connected to the largest hotel in Columbus, Hilton Columbus Downtown, with 1,000 rooms. The GCCC's South Cafe & Marketplace offers variety and value with quick-service dining establishments, shops, barber & beauty boutique, comic book store, SegAway Tours and more. Discovery Cafe near the exhibit halls includes the Homegrown Market, Columbus Grille, Crimson Cup and an indoor bar known as the CBUS Tap Room. North and south atriums and the outdoor Arnold Plaza provide attractive sites for receptions.
