Renasant Convention Center's award-winning staff and $200 million renovation launched Memphis into a pool of elite destinations for conferences and events. After winning seven awards for customer service and event quality in two years, it became evident that Renasant Convention Center completely shed its former image of an outdated, underutilized event center and became a beacon of change for the city of Memphis.
