Seattle Convention Center’s best-in-the-business team of event professionals has been supporting the unique needs of exhibits and trade shows for 35 years. Clients appreciate the highly configurable space and how many services and special touches, which might cost extra elsewhere, are included.
The Center is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Seattle with ample parking and nearby public transportation. Exhibitors benefit from a unified contract; 27 covered bays; advanced telecommunications and audiovisual support; permanent and portable retail food outlet options; on-premise 24-hour building perimeter security; and their choice of general service contractor and vendors for freight handling, aisle/booth carpet cleaning, and registration services.
An additional building, Summit, was added in January 2023. Summit nearly doubles the capacity of the Center, adding 573,770 sf of event space including 62 meeting rooms, a 58,000-square-foot column-free and divisible ballroom, 248,450 sf of exhibit space, 140,700 sf of naturally lit lobby space and the 14,000-square-foot outdoor Garden Terrace. Covering 1.5 million sf, Summit and the original Arch building, one and half blocks away, together create a campus built to usher in the future of meetings and conventions.
