Marketing's great divide is shrinking. There are still differences between B2B marketing and B2C marketing, but the focus for both is now on the customer experience. In an increasingly digital and remote workplace, what can B2B marketers learn from B2C best practices? And, as event professionals, how can you use your event strategy to support your organization's growth plans? You will:

•	Understand human behavior and how B2B buyers make decisions

•	Learn common B2C best practices that you can apply to your B2B growth strategies

•	Discover how your event strategy can support your efforts

FACULTY:

Cate Hollowitsch, owner, Relevents
Cate Hollowitsch is the owner of Relevents, a Wisconsin based private event firm. Cate has more than 27 years of experience in event planning and building collaborative teams, specifically in tradeshows, consumer sampling, mobile tours, corporate conferences and meetings and other experiential activities. She holds a BSBA from Hawaii Pacific University and an MBA, but has learned more about creating experiences by getting out in the world and doing it.
