90 Minute Session

Aren't you tired of sitting through cookie cutter meetings in a frigid dark ballroom? Don't you hate group dinners in cramped back rooms of noisy restaurants where you only talk to the three people within your earshot? BORING. Let's get out of this same old activity rut and really figure out how to turn events into EXPERIENCES. In this high-energy, interactive session, we will discuss how to WOW your attendees and be memorable. Key segments include:

•	Elevate your events to EXPERIENCES, creating an element of partnership and community with your attendees

•	Make a meaningful and lasting impression attendees will talk about

•	Incorporate local resources to save time, money and make an impact

•	Charitable give-backs and gifting

•	Find the right location, activity, and speaker to push your event to the next level

CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.

Erin Lease Hall, CTSM Gold, senior manager of events marketing, DrFirst.com, Inc.
Erin Lease Hall serves as Sr. Manager, Events Marketing for DrFirst.com, Inc, a pioneer in healthcare technology solutions. Prior to DrFirst, Erin oversaw national events, trade shows, and incentive travel planning at SOPREMA, a global building envelope manufacturer. With a strong background in brand management and graphic design in both the manufacturing and healthcare markets, Erin holds a BFA from Bowling Green State University and has achieved the CTSM Gold level.
