Half-Day Workshop:
Dare to Matter

Better trade show management begins with better trade show managers. Anyone can have a management title, but only the best are truly leaders. This workshop, designed specifically for today’s leaders and managers, will take the attendees on a deep dive into the Six to Significance framework presented in the book, “Dare to Matter.” Attendees will laugh as they learn how to become a person of significance. Learn to:

•	Increase your personal and team accountability, responsibility, and ownership

•	Create individual and team identities which improve decision making, hiring, and connectedness

•	Recognize and witness the minimizing role of fear as it relates to performance

•	Uncover major performance and relationship obstacles that are rarely discussed

•	Understand the role of risk and the rise of critics

CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.
