In this session, attendees will learn the basics of domestic trade show shipping, including how to reduce your shipping budget and plan for emergencies. You'll walk away with a concrete list of steps you can take to protect your marketing assets. Additionally, this session will review current market trends related to freight transportation and how they may play a role in your event budget and planning. We'll share case studies, discuss real-world emergencies, and view instructional videos that provide best practices in domestic trade show logistics and planning. We'll:

Ernie Magalotti is an expert in trade show and event logistics, with over 25 years of experience. He is the President of Legacy Logistics, a trade show logistics company he founded in 2000. Prior to founding Legacy, Ernie was a highly recognized leader at two Fortune 500 companies, a national LTL provider, and a global logistics company. During his career, Ernie has been the recipient of multiple industry awards and honors.
