As F2F events return to prominence, the demand for data is greater than ever and has resulted in greater availability of tools and techniques for collecting this data. This has led to an overwhelming amount of data sources available to event marketers. We will cover the broad array of collection and analysis techniques, as well as how to begin deciphering these results. This discussion strives to bring clarity to the chaos. We will look at:

•	Various techniques for collecting event data in a F2F environment

•	Various techniques for analyzing and measuring that event data

•	How to integrate digital measurement strategies

•	What insights can be gained

FACULTY:

Kevin Ruiz, manager of data and insights, Spiro, Part of the GES Collective
Kevin Ruiz is the Manager of Data & Insights for Spiro, Part of the GES Collective. He oversees the development and implementation of face-to-face measurement programs, technology, and services as well as in-depth industry trends research. Kevin holds a BA in Anthropology and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and studied marketing analytics at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
