COVID-19 packed a punch of historic proportions, halting F2F events. The industry is reopening and will come back in force as COVID recedes. Is your exhibit program positioned to seize the opportunities F2F marketing will offer? What to do? Where to focus? Attend this session to:

•	Learn which channels brand marketers and your target audiences, attendees, have used while the pandemic paused trade shows and implications moving forward

•	Understand where exhibitors place the highest value in using B2B exhibitions to achieve high priority marketing and sales goals

•	Discover where business professionals find B2B exhibitions are most effective in meeting their business information needs and how to integrate this into your exhibit approach

•	Hear about exhibitor best practices that align with trends likely to succeed moving forward

•	Brainstorm with peers on how to adjust your F2F exhibit program for today’s omnichannel marketing world

FACULTY:

Nancy Drapeau, IPC, vice president of research, Center for Exhibition Industry Research
A 30-year market research veteran with extensive expertise in exhibition industry research. At CEIR she conducts industrywide trend studies and speaks at industry events. She has a BA in Government from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Advanced European and International Studies from l’IEHEI. She is a member of the Event Industry Council’s (EIC) Research & Advocacy Task Force. She lives in Maine with her husband, son and border collie, Moxie.
