Stop Wasting Time – Organize Your Planning with Templates

Attendees must bring their own laptop and power cord, with Microsoft Office pre-installed.

Spending too much time spinning your wheels as you try to get control of planning tools or satisfy different stakeholders with content that suits their needs? Dig out from under that stack of mismatched paperwork once and for all! In this interactive workshop, we'll explore:

•	Planning documents that help keep the team informed and on track

•	Budget management templates for trade shows and corporate events

•	Tactics to use for data collection and manipulation

•	Collecting feedback and creating reports for measurement

•

Communication and presentations

Attendees will receive a variety of templates in Microsoft Word and Excel that can be used as-is, personalized, or used as inspiration for new templates (some templates will be provided prior to class, others may be added during the class). This is a hands-on workshop, so please bring your laptop with you.

FACULTY:

Kimberly Kee, senior manager event marketing, TeamViewer
Kimberly is a high-energy marketing professional with decades of leadership experience over a broad spectrum of events and trade shows. She enjoys creating experiences that inspire, delight, and educate audiences. Kimberly has managed programs for MCI, Hughes, Boeing, and Arrow. She is currently Senior Manager Event Marketing for TeamViewer, leading an events program that includes trade shows, hosted events, partner events, digital events, and more. Kimberly enjoys sharing her knowledge through storytelling and real-life experiences.
