From Chaos to Control: Project Management Best Practices to Ensure Success
Feeling like you're juggling flaming swords while managing exhibit deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders? You're not alone! In this class, we tackle the chaotic, high-pressure world of trade show management head-on. Say goodbye to missed deadlines and scattered to-do lists. We’ll show you how to stay cool under pressure, organize the madness, and wrangle vendors like a pro. From prioritizing deadlines to keeping stakeholders engaged (without losing your mind), this class is packed with tips and tools that’ll turn you into an exhibit management pro! Walk in overwhelmed, walk out ready to conquer your next event with ease.

Learning Objectives:
•  Uncover the key details you need to manage your exhibit effectively and keep the stress to a minimum.
•  Employ tools and systems that help you stay organized and on top of your game.
•  Juggle multiple deadlines without losing your cool.
•  Master the fine art of keeping everyone—from the boss to vendors—aligned, engaged, and happy (or at least content).
•  Build consistent quality and branding across every event.
•  Develop rock-solid vendor relationships.

One of the 23 required sessions approved as part of CTSM, the industry's only university-affiliated certification program.

Attendance for the full session is required for those who wish to count this session towards the CTSM certification program.
