90 Minute Session

Session 2037
Advanced Learning Session:
Reproducible Small Booths That Can Still Stand Out
Does your company expect you to plan dozens of 10x10 booths a year? Are you overwhelmed by how to handle them when it feels like they should all be a giant experience? Does it feel like they are all lacking in style, substance or excitement? Learn to harness the knowledge you have to create successful booth interactions. This advanced session allows you to first work with your calendar individually as we discuss how to handle a large calendar of dozens of events. Finally, we'll break up into peer groups to process what we just learned in a practice event. Given specific parameters we'll discuss elements we'd add to the booth and beyond then come back and discuss our findings. Leave with confidence that this year your 10x10 booths don't need to suffer in a sea of events.
Learning Objectives:
•  Develop a repeatable template that meets your satisfaction criteria.
•  Identify and apply key elements that should be replicated to create effective off-booth strategies.
•  Analyze the differences and similarities between vertical and horizontal events and leverage these insights to benefit your approach.
•  Learn to align your goals to maximize the amount of elements you can repeat at each event.

CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain CTSM required sessions, with prior approval.

Attendance for the full session is required for those who wish to count this session towards the CTSM certification program.
