Understanding your internal audience is critical to building a positive and collaborative environment that allows you to get (and keep) everyone on the same page. Learn how to:
•  Set expectations by establishing event roles and responsibilities within your organization
•  Better understand your internal audience and anticipate potential conflicts before they arise
•  Create a collaborative work environment that ensures the success of your program — even when your only verbal contact is through late-night and crack-of-dawn conference calls

Marissa Johnson focuses on creating unique and memorable experiences for audiences throughout the life sciences industry. For the last 14 years, Marissa has worked primarily with high-level executives, allowing her to excel at streamlining communication styles, while understanding how to create collaborative work environments across a spectrum of personalities. In Marissa's current role, she liaises with leaders to grow brand awareness and increase ROI throughout the company's enterprise-wide portfolio of events.

Terri Leigh Rhody, Technology Marketing Strategy, Labcorp
With nearly 25 years in marketing leadership roles, Terri Leigh Rhody, MBA, has worked to create topnotch, consistent experiences for clients and prospective clients throughout the customer journey, including corporate-led users group meetings and industry conferences touch points. She and her teams focus on delivering value across the customer experience spectrum. In her current role at Labcorp, Terri Leigh works across the enterprise (with commercial, operational, scientific and IT leadership) to evolve customer experience - and success - through data-driven decision-making.
