Weight a Minute
The weight of a booth can often run as high as 100,000 pounds, but fabric exhibits can help shed some of that heaviness quicker than a paleo diet. You'll see what we mean when you try to guess the weight of these booths that, despite being light on the scales, left a heavy impact on attendees. By Charles Pappas

Weight Watchers
Try to correctly match each exhibit with one of the following weights, then click the image for the answer:
700 pounds      4,000 pounds      1,100 pounds      1,400 pounds     13,000 pounds

1.  Even though it measured 50-by-60 feet and sported multiple music-themed stations that seemed as heavy as old-time stereo systems, Onkyo USA Corp.'s stand at the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association show (CEDIA) was surprisingly light.
2.  Fabric graphics covered 80 percent of Weitzman Group Inc.'s 960-square-foot booth at the International Council of Shopping Centers' ReCon show, creating the illusion of a much heavier concrete edifice.
3.  Aerial elements gave IHeart Media Inc. (dba RCS) and Florical Systems Inc.'s 40-by-50-foot exhibit at the National Association of Broadcasters show the look of a UFO about to float up to the skies.
4.  Fabric counters along with long fabric graphics hanging from a truss made a weighty impression on visitors to GSI Inc.'s 20-by-20-foot stand at Collaborate 19, Oracle Corp.'s user conference.
5.  It would only take a few cable guys to lift Comcast Corp.'s 400-square-foot exhibit at the Grace Hopper Celebration expo for women in technology.
