New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Named 2025 National Top Workplace for Second Time

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC) has once again been recognized as a leader in workplace excellence, earning a 2025 National Top Workplaces USA Award from Energage, the nation’s premier employer recognition program. This marks the second time NOENMCC has received this national honor, the first being in 2021, and the tenth overall Top Workplace recognition for the organization.

The Top Workplaces USA Awards celebrate companies across the country that foster a people-centered culture and prioritize employee engagement. The award is based entirely on feedback from an independent employee engagement survey conducted by Energage, measuring key drivers such as workplace culture, alignment, execution and connection.

This recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered,” said Alita Caparotta, Convention Center Interim President and CEO. “With over a hundred events each year, our team’s dedication is what makes the Convention Center “Built to Host.” We’re not just a world-class event venue, but also a workplace where individuals can thrive.”

NOENMCC is dedicated to cultivating a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Through initiatives like iCollab, an internal think tank designed to encourage innovation and idea-sharing, the organization continues to invest in its employees’ development and workplace satisfaction, having committed more than $12 million in education and training programs.
