Kevin Small, GES Director of Client Services, Named ESCA Rising Leaders Committee Chair
2/26/2025
When Kevin Small, GES Director of Client Services, joined the newly formed Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) Rising Leaders Committee, he had no idea it would turn into an unforgettable professional turning point. But that's what happened when Small was named Primary Committee Chair. ![]() The Rising Leaders Committee welcomes professionals under 40 or those in the first ten years of their careers. It offers them a dedicated platform to develop the skills and network needed to build distinguished, long-term careers. According to Small, the committee will initially focus on boosting ESCA membership to help shape the association's future and live events. "This is a huge market segment, but the industry is small and interconnected. We have welcomed many new faces post-COVID, and we must give them the tools and network to thrive." In addition to getting out and working with emerging professionals, Small will serve as a non-voting member of the ESCA Board of Directors — ensuring that rising leaders' voices are represented in the decision-making process. Small adds, "This is a new segment for ESCA, and I'm proud to be part of figuring out how we grow it. Helping to shape our industry's future while representing GES is a career highlight."
