Destinations International Announces Chicago as Host City for 2025 Annual Convention

TAMPA, FLORIDA – Destinations International, the world's leading resource for destination organizations, announced that its 2025 Annual Convention will take place in Chicago, Illinois, USA, from July 9-11, 2025. The announcement was made at the closing ceremony of the 2024 Annual Convention, which took place in Tampa, Florida, USA from July 16-18. The Destinations International Annual Convention is the most significant event for destination organizations each year. This year’s event focused on the critical role destination organizations play in fostering community engagement, resilience and destination stewardship. The convention has continued to see record attendance in recent years, reflecting its importance to destination organization leaders. Almost 1,900 attendees from 34 countries and territories around the world convened in Tampa to take part in the 2024 Annual Convention.
