Destinations International and Destinations International Foundation Announce New Board Members and Officers for 2024-2025

TAMPA, FLORIDA, USA – Destinations International today announced its association Board of Directors and foundation Board of Trustees for 2024-2025. Scott White, president & CEO of Visit Greater Palm Springs, assumed the role of Chair of Destinations International. Amir Eylon, president & CEO of Longwoods International, assumed the role of Chair of the Destinations International Foundation. The announcements were made at the association’s annual business meeting during the Destinations International 2024 Annual Convention in Tampa, Florida. “Destinations International and the Destinations International Foundation are driven by the experienced volunteers who serve on our boards and committees,” said Don Welsh, President & CEO of Destinations International. “We are very fortunate to be able to rely on their exceptional expertise and are grateful for the time, counsel and service each of these individuals dedicates to our industry. We are delighted to welcome our newest directors and trustees to the boards for the coming year.” “It is a tremendous honor to be elected Chair of Destinations International,” said Scott White, President & CEO of Visit Greater Palm Springs. “I look forward to working with the board and staff to further propel the success of DI, which in recent years has significantly expanded its global membership. I am honored to follow in the footsteps of Fred Dixon, former President & CEO, New York City Tourism and Conventions, and I congratulate him on a successful year as chair.
