EXHIBITORLIVE 2020 Postponement Update

Since COVID-19 shut down Las Vegas and forced the postponement of EXHIBITORLIVE 2020, we have been in extensive conversations with MGM Resorts/Mandalay Bay and other partners in hopes of bringing the face-to-face marketing community together safely.

We have been reviewing the timing and limits of federal and State of Nevada restrictions on large gatherings, including social-distancing protocols, the opening of businesses, and the easing of travel restrictions.

These discussions have included measures needed to ensure the health and safety of our exhibitors, attendees, sponsors, partners, and their respective employees and families.

Due to the public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19 and the restrictive constraints on large events, all parties have concluded that we must postpone EXHIBITORLIVE beyond our tentative August dates.

EXHIBITORLIVE 2020 will be postponed until Feb. 28 – March 4, 2021, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

As we mentioned in previous announcements, all payments made for registrations, sponsorships, and exhibiting will be applied to this rescheduled EXHIBITORLIVE 2020.

The EXHIBITORLIVE 2020 exhibit hall floor plan will be carried over to the rescheduled dates, subject to government restrictions as they develop. The calendar of events and the conference sessions will also be carried over, pending the aforementioned restrictions.

We are so appreciative of the patience and support so many have expressed, as well as their passionate desire for bringing our F2F marketing community together — safely.
