Gielissen Announces Acquisition of Elite Exhibits in the USA

We are excited to announce that Gielissen USA has acquired renowned exhibit builder Elite Exhibits. Located in the vicinity of Atlanta (Flowery Branch) Elite Exhibits will become part of the Gielissen Group as of May 2 2019.

Elite Exhibits developed into one of the best exhibition builders in the USA and has been privately owned by Mr. Larry Oley since 1999. Specialized in designing and building many projects for great clients, Elite also makes use of a quality aluminum system which is the heart of their capabilities to execute exceptional projects within a reasonable budget.

Gielissen, founded in 1937 in the Netherlands, specializes in award winning exhibition and interior projects and events on both large and smaller scale. Gielissen operates on a global scale and executes projects for her clients worldwide. Already having offices and production facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and the USA, adding Elite strengthens Gielissen’s US presence, something that is in line with the growing globalization.

As Elite Exhibits and Gielissen worked together for a number of years, and share the same company culture and values, Elite and Gielissen make an obvious and ideal match.
