Entertainment Technology Partners Acquires LMG
1/16/2015
Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) was formed to assemble a collection of exceptional brands in the live event, broadcast and entertainment technology services industry. Formed in 2014, ETP is proud to welcome LMG, LLC as its first platform company. Established in 1984 by CEO Les Goldberg, LMG is a leading national provider of video, audio, lighting, and LED support for shows, concert tours, and systems integration. With headquarters in Orlando, LMG has expanded to include offices in such key markets as Las Vegas, Nashville, Dallas, Tampa, and Detroit, providing a nationwide presence to facilitate future ETP growth. Goldberg will retain his position as CEO of LMG in addition to a new role as CEO of ETP. “Our vision for ETP is to assemble a collection of great brands where each partner has a long history of excellence in their field and is known for providing quality services well above their competition,” states Goldberg. ETP remains focused on adding companies that share a commitment to delivering the highest quality of professional service. The partnerships within ETP are positioned to create scope and capacity for each company to better service their current and future opportunities for greater overall advancement. Says Goldberg, “LMG is a great platform company for ETP. The ETP structure allows for each company to continue to do what they do best while providing some behind-the-scenes services and support that we all need to remain competitive in the marketplace.” Visit www.etp.net for more information.
