W2037 Advanced Learning Session:
Reproducible Small Booths That Can Still Stand Out
Previously titled "Small Show Booths Can Follow a Template and Still Stand Out"

NOTE: This session focuses on small booths (200 sq ft or smaller).

Does your company expect you to plan dozens of 10x10 booths a year? Are you overwhelmed by how to handle them when it feels like they should all be a giant experience? Does it feel like they are all lacking in style, substance or excitement? Learn to harness the knowledge you have to create successful booth interactions. This advanced session allows you to first work with your calendar individually as we discuss how to handle a large calendar of dozens of events. Then we'll open up the floor for discussions and ideas as we tackle these questions:
 •  How to create a repeatable template you're pleased with
 •  What elements to repeat to create off booth strategies
 •  How the approach for vertical events and horizontal differ and how they are the same and how to make that work in your favor
Finally, we'll break up into peer groups to process what we just learned in a practice event. Given specific parameters we'll discuss elements we'd add to the booth and beyond then come back and discuss our findings. Leave with a confidence that this year your 10x10 booths don't need to suffer in a sea of events.
