We will learn to understand a variety of federal statutes and provisions (i.e. CDA, DMCA); explore the legal concerns of social media, marketing, and promotions; evaluate the risk associated with typical, trendy, or even crazy activities that occur during events, and become generally prepared to handle unexpected occurrences. Finally, we will take a top-level look at data protection, including aspects of the GDPR and CCPA. Learn to:
 •  Identify potential legal consequences that can arise from common real-life situations
 •  Evaluate the apparent and hidden risk potential of various decisions, actions, and situations
