Exhibit Law Primer: Legal Concepts and Practical Advice
This session will provide a comprehensive yet easy-to-understand review of the high-level legal statutes that apply to and impact trade shows, exhibits and events -regardless of size. This session will focus on contracting basics, specific contract clauses that cause liability, breach, modifications, and intellectual property rights. We will:
• Identify potential legal consequences that can arise from common real-life situations
• Learn to evaluate the apparent and hidden risk potential of various decisions, actions and situations
• Discuss standard best practices and the business decisions associated with them
