Exam Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your exam at any time during your eligible year. Rescheduling must be done 3 weeks prior to your exam date. Your exam must be rescheduled within the same calendar year.
Please note that there is a $100 USD rescheduling fee each time you reschedule.
Exam Cancellation Policy
The exam registration fee of $245 USD applies to your first exam attempt only. It is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than three weeks prior to the exam date.
The fee may be transferred to an alternate date if cancellation occurs three or more weeks in advance.
Please note that there is a $100 USD cancellation fee if you cancel outside the three-week time period.
Exceptions to the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Fee
We recognize that serious issues may arise that could prevent a candidate from completing their exam on the scheduled day:
- Serious illness or disabling injury – either you or an immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, etc.)
- Death in the immediate family (spouse, child, parent, etc.)
- Court appearance or jury duty
- Unexpected military duty call-up
Please contact CTSM@exhibitorgroup.com to reschedule or cancel your exam. Those who do not reschedule their exam within the same calendar year will forfeit the exam fee.
Exam Retake Policy
If you do not achieve a passing score of 75% or better after your first attempt, you’re entitled to one re-take at no charge.
Exam No-Show Policy
New registration and payment are required in the event of a no-show.
