Colorado Springs Convention Center at the Broadmoor
As the longest-standing consecutive recipient of the Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond awards, The Broadmoor heralds a new era for tradeshows and exhibitions. Bartolin Hall marks the introduction of the Colorado Springs Convention Center at The Broadmoor. This 125,000-square-foot facility boasts 93,500 square feet of exhibit space, 32 breakout rooms, dedicated food service areas, and direct connection to our 60,000 square-foot ballroom Broadmoor Hall. Broadmoor Hall, International Center, Colorado Hall, and Bartolin Hall offer over 200,000 square feet of flexible convention and exhibit space to suit various event needs. With an impressive total of 315,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor adaptable function areas The Broadmoor can cater to gatherings of all sizes.


WHERE TO SLEEP
The Broadmoor spans 5,000 acres with 784 guest rooms and suites including cottages, brownstones, and an estate house. In addition, a number of other hotels (totaling 3,000 rooms) are available within a 10-minute drive of the campus, some of which offer shuttle service to and from The Broadmoor during larger events.

WHAT TO EAT
Twenty on-campus eateries serve a range of culinary delights. For breakfast, snag a quick bite at Natural Epicurean, or drink in the view along with your morning latte at the Lake Terrace Dining Room. Summit offers a rotating menu of American contemporary chic plates, while comparably casual fare (and a nightly sing-along) is on the menu at the Golden Bee.

HOW TO GET THERE
The Broadmoor is 85 miles from Denver International Airport and a 15-minute drive from Colorado Springs Airport. A one-way trip from Denver will cost $95 (for a shared shuttle) to $300 (for a private sedan with up to three passengers). Group transfers can be arranged through The Broadmoor's transportation team. On-site parking and valet service run $30 and $40 per night, respectively.


There is no union labor at The Broadmoor.

In-booth electrical must be coordinated through the venue's in-house electrical team and the general service contractor.

The Broadmoor's catering team is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage on the property.

The exhibit hall and the 60,000-square-foot Broadmoor Hall have 25-foot ceilings. The 16,000-square-foot International Center has 35-foot ceilings. .

Exhibitors must provide plans for all rigged elements to J & S Audiovisual Inc. (JSAV), the venue's exclusive rigging provider. Elements must be pre-approved by the fire marshal and venue representatives to ensure safety.

The Broadmoor Event Center is wired for full data capabilities, and exhibitors may purchase wireless or hard-line connections.

The Broadmoor Event Center has a marshaling yard and six loading docks.

Exhibitors are charged a flat rate for garbage handling, which includes disposal of all waste generated during setup and dismantle.

Cleaning fees may apply for use of stickers, confetti, glitter, and helium balloons in the exhibit hall.
