With new offerings in the health-care sector, software developer Dassault Systèmes had a substantial story to tell at the 2023 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). It chose experiential agency Taylor Manufacturing Industries Inc. (The Taylor Group) to help share the impressive details while providing a unique guest experience. The exhibit's sensational interactive centerpiece – Meet Your Virtual Twin – illustrated how Dassault's healthcare technology may be used to assess, diagnose, and review data about the body in real time.

Dassault Systèmes introduced more than 400 guests to their virtual twins while presenting its new healthcare technology at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
"We always investigate the client's objectives and achievements for inspiration," said a representative from The Taylor Group. "In this case, we were dealing with a complex technology with great impact on human life. The booth design brings together the technology and organic elements."

Guests were invited to explore the exhibit space and its sundry interactive opportunities – including a virtual heart exhibit and a virtual brain experience – before engaging with the Virtual Twin. After a short tutorial, staffers invited attendees to have their faces scanned with depth-sensing camera technology. Once in front of the display, oversize 3-D digital versions of themselves greeted them using volumetric lighting – that is, a futuristic display using hundreds of strings of LED lights that create holographic-like images. "It crosses that border into looking not technological, but magical," said one juror.

The Taylor Group's approach was to showcase this very sophisticated application in an attractive, accessible, and exciting format. The Taylor Group said, "Through strategic planning and placement of the brand elements such as logos, interactive areas, and digital surfaces, we were able to design an exhibit that felt a lot more spacious than what it was and it had great viability on the show floor."E
